All the diploma courses are held at Sandville Court Self Help Centre near Porthcawl.
Sandville Court is a charity centre (registered no 517 899) founded by Gwyneth Poacher to help and comfort people and their carers who are dealing with cancer.
Therapies are offered free of charge such as Reflexology, Bowen Therapy, Reiki, Self Hypnosis, Aromatherapy, Massage and others. Students from the South Wales School of Reflexology are encouraged to practice by using the ideal clientèle of the centre. On a Wednesday the centre concentrates solely on Reflexology (and Bowen techniques) and students have this unique opportunity of working alongside qualified Reflexology therapists ( majority of which were taught at Sandville). The staff at the centre are only too pleased to guide and advise you as a student of Reflexology.
The centre has a teaching room for the theory and a separate area called the tranquillity suite where practical sessions of Reflexology are held, equipped with recliner chairs and stools.
